Updates to Job Assignment

We made a few changes to Job Assignment in InsightConnect!

Previously, you could claim Jobs that were waiting for Human Decisions to be made and then use the different tabs to get views into your claimed Jobs.

Now:

  • The language has been updated from “Claim Job” to “Assign This Job to Me”
  • The Assign This Job to Me functionality has been extended to Running and Closed Jobs
  • The All, Mine, and Unassigned tabs have been converted to an Assignee filter
  • The Assignee filter has been added to the Decision Required, Running, and Closed Job tabs
