This subject went from “almost done and beta testing” to “pausing this”, and now “not gonna happen any time soon”
I want to repeat that doing a quick check on a new investigation is not possible on an iPhone. Which is shameful at least to be honest.

We have been promised a mobile-capable solution for years, Seriously, this is a web UI. The fact the emails sent by the system have insufficient information, forcing me to walk down to my office to boot up my laptop to access the dashboard, in the 21st century, is beyond asinine,
I do not have a laptop nor a desktop surgically implanted in my head.
Provide a mobile platform that is functional.
Considering the desktop web UI is broken most of the time, I have low expectations for the mobile platform. Perhaps that will help it some to the light of day.
Do we need to have yet another call with Corey and the executive team to get some traction on an offering that has been promised since inception?

Is there any reason to why Rapid7 stopped working on this feature? We would also like to check investigations on mobile devices.
Even if they don’t make the app. Then please create a site that scales on a mobile phone. This can’t be that difficult. All other security vendors that we use can be used on mobile. R7 is the only pain.

I’d like mobile capabilities as well. However, if you use ICON and integrate with Teams or Slack, you can do a good bit from that mobile platform. Personal favorite: !quarantine-endpoint host-FQDN while eating dinner.
Where do we need to put pressure to give this project CPR and revive it? I would certainly like to see mobile apps for ALL of the Rapid7 application platforms but IDR would be a great start.

Agreed. This is a much needed functionality, especially for inhouse IT shops that are not staffing cybersecurity engineers around the clock.
I would like to have this on a phone and/or tablet that could be used to make decisions about critical events without firing up a laptop to get connected.
