@matt_heidet @andrew_l We’ll be in touch very soon!
Same goes for me!
I would love to be included in the testing for this.
@tfeece @michael_galhouse Sounds great, we’ll be in touch very soon!
is there progress on a mobile app?
Hey Matt! A mobile browser accessible responsive view for certain areas of IDR is currently on our roadmap, but there is not a set timeline for this yet.
thanks for the update
Hi Jordan, any news about this one?
Hey Robert! Unfortunately we had to temporarily pause work on this. Hoping to pick it back up after we finish a few other projects that are currently in flight
I am calling dibs on beta testing this.
Did a mobile web port ever get developed? Would love to see this option.
Hi @rbolen , no unfortunately not
Hi @all, i have the same topic with customers of mine. A mobile version would be great for all 24/7 on-call teams.
kind regards,
Maurice
I’m still hoping on at least a site that scales for first response. Even in the current day and age this is currently still a pain in IDR. With a bit of luck I can get to the evidence button so I can make a quick judgement.
So Rapid7 please do something about this.
99.9994% of the time, I carry my mobiles with me (even in the shower). I only have my laptop with me about 30% of the time. Responding to alerts when I am awoken from a normal night’s sleep or when I am at a public function has to be done from my mobile.
There was talk of both an app for iOS being made available “soon” and a mobile browser version was originally on spec by Q3-2023. Neither of these solutions have materialized, which is disappointing.
I would much rather the development teams focus on these 2 initiatives than change the format or look-and-feel of automated emails from the cloud.
I need to know, prior to our renewal, when these two solutions will be mase available for our multi-tenant accounts.
Oh! When you do re-engineer the site for this, please make it so windows like the Investigation Evidence subpanels can be opened in a new window or a new tab. Having locked-position, poorly constructed subframes is incredibly frustrating.
I, too, would like to be included in the early rounds of user acceptance testing or Alpha testing. Being capable of accessing investigations on a mobile would make us happier.
Thanks!
Bumping this.
We recently switched to rapid7. Amazed there isn’t a mobile friendly site
Bumping this as well for more awareness for the topic.
Is there movement on this?
There are currently no plans for a Mobile App or Mobile friendly UI to the best of my knowledge
