Windows 11 upgrade breacking clients?

We have about 200 devices that were upgraded to Windows 11. However, the devices are no longer in the Insight portal. Yet these devices have an older version of the Insight client installed and are curerntly online within the last few days and reporting into Intune and Defender just fine… It’s almost as if the OS upgrade broke something in the client upgrade.
Our settings are to auto update the clients. The vast majority of our devices are in the Insight portal and are running on the newst client.

Google hasn’t returned much, and we’ve only started to recently update to Windows 11.
