Windows 10 PC Stuck in Quarantine

We have a PC that is stuck in quarantine mode. We manually put it in quarantine until we investigated it and cleared it. When we manually removed it from quarantine, it is stuck (hours) in Removing from quarantine mode. We’ve canceled and waited and started again. We’ve tried everything we know.
Any ideas would be great.

We only used the quarantine functionality with the IDR agent once and had the same exact issue. We ended up manually disabling the Windows Firewall.

We now use our EDR’s quarantine functionality.
