What is the ServiceNow Field mapping for 'configuration item'?

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to get the correct ServiceNow field mapping in insightVM. I managed to get the most of the mapping filled in correct but i have troubles with finding the “configuration item” field in ServiceNow.

When i try to close a incident in servicenow it states that the ‘configuration item’ field must be filled in so i want this to be filled in automatically. Could it be that the naming convention in Rapid7 for the ‘configuration item’ is named different than it is shown in Rapid7?

InsightVM pulls over the fields directly from ServiceNow in the field mapping section from what I understand. I would suggest opening a support ticket and seeing if theres a special case on that field that is not getting pulled over.
