We are trying to setup authenticated scans on our UPS devices. These devices allow web-based administration. The credentials are correct but we are unable to pass an authentication test in the platform. We are using the following settings:
Service: Web Site HTTP Authentication
Realm: Blank
User name: username
Password: password
Scan Engine: scan engine IP
Host name/IP address: website IP address
Port: 80
We get the error: Authentication failed due to invalid credentials.
Anyone been able to get web based authenticated scans working?
