I’m attempting to investigate vulnerabilities in our environment. We have several assets reporting vulnerability scans for Mozilla Firefox.
I’ve updated Firefox. However when I select re-investigate. I receive an error.
Your investigation has failed for this vulnerability:
The investigation scan failed to start
How can I resolve this?

Investigations use network based scanning and the default scan engine for the asset. If the data is only coming from the agent and the asset is not on the network I think it might not work.

Hey, @kng Did you manage to get any solution for this? I am also facing the same issue. Please let me know if there is any fix that I need to see.
