I have been noticing some weird issues on assets with Linux agents.Sometimes the R7 unique identifier number disappears/doesn’t show up at all in the console. I do see a uuid for the asset when looking in the platform though. In some of these cases(not all), “Rapid 7” is not listed under “Installed Software” on the asset.
Could it be that you have duplicate assets and that some of them have not gotten the UID detected and therefore not matched together? We had a similar issue when some of our scans did not include the UDP port 31400 mentioned in the second link.
