Hi Rapid7 Team,
I’ve encountered an issue in my trial instance while trying to activate my orchestrator in the Automation (formerly InsightConnect) platform.
When navigating to Settings > Orchestrators, clicking on Orchestrators unexpectedly redirects me back to the home page.
Because of this issue, I switched to the SIEM (formerly InsightIDR) platform and went to Data Collection > Orchestrators to set up the orchestrator there.
After that, I configured a ServiceNow connection in Automation. The test and save steps were successful, and I received the message:
"Congratulations! ServiceNow Connection has been successfully created."
However, the connection does not appear in the Connections list, as shown in the screenshot below.
Could you please help me investigate this issue?
