Is it possible to get the patches that have been applied to the asset.

To best help you, could you please provide some more background on what you are trying to achieve? For example, are you trying to find which assets are in compliance with the latest patches, or are you troubleshooting a failed patch?
It would also be helpful if you could share which products from your security stack are connected to Surface Command. This will help me understand what data is available and guide you toward the right queries.
