Hi, there are a lot of low severity vulnerabilties for Oracle Linux that have recently been updated (most of them on 23.12.24).
Why are there so many old vulnerabilities that have been updated and are suddenly detected by the scanner? Does anyone have the same observations?
We have had to open a number of tickets about false flags due to flawed logic in their detections lately, especially for Oracle Linux systems. I know several of them are in the backlog with engineering waiting to be fixed, so you are not alone.
