Has anyone encountered an issue with the Scan Engine update? Despite updating the console to version 8.2.0 and the content version updated with latest date the Scan Engine is not updating. Even after rebooting both the console and the Scan Engine, the version remains outdated.
Any assistance or suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Just double checked and ours is OK. If you run a manual update via the console (Admin >> Console >> Update) do you see any errors or messages?
(I’ll make the assumption that you have automatic updates enabled with the Content and Product options ticked, so this should have happened anyway)
