Scan Engine update issue

Hi All,

Has anyone encountered an issue with the Scan Engine update? Despite updating the console to version 8.2.0 and the content version updated with latest date the Scan Engine is not updating. Even after rebooting both the console and the Scan Engine, the version remains outdated.

Any assistance or suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This probably doesn’t help, but we’ve got about 40 scan engines and the console itself that all look OK and are currently showing as below:

Version: 8.2.0
Content: 1726617122 (2025-04-15)
Product: 720000087 (2025-04-09)

Do you have the problem with the scan engine on the console itself or on separate scan engines (or both)?

Just double checked and ours is OK. If you run a manual update via the console (Admin >> Console >> Update) do you see any errors or messages?
(I’ll make the assumption that you have automatic updates enabled with the Content and Product options ticked, so this should have happened anyway)
