I’m using the sftp connector for importing assets through json files. Rapid7 Extensions.
I can’t find a source that explains creating a json file that is recognized by the connector. Also, I can’t locate an example json file for importing basic asset info like name, ip, asset type. Does anyone have a basic file as an example?

To use this connector, we recommend that you work with a Surface Command support engineer to define what’s called a “custom type” in your Surface Command system to accept the data that you want to import using the SFTP Connector.
The principle behind this connector is to allow you to import your custom data into your Surface Command system. To do so, create a custom type definition in your Surface Command system to match the format of the JSON data that you want to import. Once this is done, the new custom type becomes an extension of the data model in your Surface Command system.
