Risk is not showing for published vulnerabilities since July 30th

I have already opened a ticket, but support is extremely slow to respond, so hopefully some of you know what may be causing this.

We have no risk values assigned to the vulnerabilities published since about July 30th. Our risk strategy is setup to use active risk.

Is there sometimes a delay with the risk values coming in?
