Netskope API v1 has been deprecated and our Netskope account team is requesting us to utilize v2 API as they plan on ending support for v1 soonish.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate you keeping us in the loop on communications from your Netskope account team.
When Netskope first announced the v1 API deprecation last year, we reviewed the notice and confirmed that the specific endpoint our connector uses /api/v1/clients was not listed. They also didn’t provide a v2 version of the client API to target.

It doesn’t look like there has been an update to that notice which includes the endpoint we’re using.
It’s possible you have received a newer or non-public notice. If so, could you please open a support ticket and share any documentation you have? That will allow us to investigate immediately and ensure our connector is aligned with Netskope’s roadmap.
