Remediation Projects - Access to dashboard after a project is created


I wonder if there is a good way to add user access to a dashboard after a project has been created? I know that you are able to edit a project after it is created, but let’s say if I now want to add another user that I want to have access to the projects dashboard after the I created the project. I edit the project and add the mail to the user I want to have access to the dashboard, but if I now save the project will be recreated and new tickets will be generated in Servicenow.

Aslo is there a way to generate a new link to the dashboard? For example if the original link is lost?

Is there a smoother way to add users to an existing projects dashboard?

I use Asset Groups to define my ownership, then assign that Asset Group access to the Remediation Project.
