Rapid7 cloud agent report

Team, Rapid7 Cloud servers are scanning on a scheduled basis 6 hours of the day. but the scanning report current date & time update take more time. any solution available ?

Are you referring to the Insight Agents that “assess” the assets for vulnerabilities every 6 hours? Also for the next part are you saying that their most recent “scan date” was more than 6 hours?

If so, it’s probably because there have been no changes to the asset. The Insight Agent assess the assets every 6 hours but the scan date would only change if there were deltas on the asset for the agent to report to the cloud and then sent to the console to be ran against a scan template.
