Rapid7 Agents Not Reporting CIS Scans—Anyone Else Seeing This?

Hey folks, has anyone experienced Rapid7 agents reporting vulnerabilities just fine but failing to return results for CIS Windows 11 scans? Seeing some unexpected gaps and looking for insights. Any troubleshooting steps or experiences would be super helpful!

A similar issue has been observed where the CIS agent-based custom policy scans are unable to assess any assets, despite the filters indicating matching assets. Rapid7 is currently investigating and working to resolve this.

We are facing same issue. Rapid 7 has currently not updated CIS benchmark to v4 which pertains to 24h2. The current version supports 23h2. You might be seeing gaps because of that

I have had an issue for a few weeks. Support is saying there is a corruption with the CIS benchmarks. When I try to access them, I only get a spinning circle.

We tried to see the differences in build, but it did not give too many results, since one older machine was reporting and the other not with same version 23H2.
I’ll dig a little bit more on the ones with 24h2, thanks

What do they mean by corruption? In the database? Did they offer a solution ?
