I’m attempting to look via query for a specific exe or file path

Example:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Platform\4.18.2211.5-0\MsMpEng.exe

or

MsMpEng.exe

I’m looking to perform the exact query along with some other Defender executables. Did you find a good way to do this?
