Problem in generating Pairing key

Hello,
When I try to activate my insightVM licence, in the Step 2: Get your pairing key. The screen Welcome to VM does not appear.
We need your help in generating the pairing key so we can get access to interactive dashboards, remediation planning, endpoint monitoring.
You have the screenshot attached.
the version of the platform is : 8.44.0
Please give me the steps to follow for the next time when the same problem appears.

I had the same problem when I had to create a new Security Console after the first one was deleted. Unfortunately, the only way is to contact Rapid7 Support, who will provide a new link containing the new pairing key. Important: the link is limited to a time limit (from memory, I think it's 1 hour), so you'll need to be very quick to use it once you get it.
