Our firewalls are stacked so they are connected through HA, so that's 2 firewalls stacked together by HA and acting as one. Therefore they only have one IP. Will both firewalls be scanned if that's the case?

My understanding of a stacked configuration is no. The management IP is what will be getting scanned but the results should be the same for all devices in the stack if the updates are getting pushed to the stack. But, I could be wrong.
