What scan engine do you use for your public IP assets? we use the AWS Managed Engine and the scan template is Full Audit without Web spider but the scans cant event capture hostname. Does anyone have the best scan engine to choose or template? do we need to use our scan engines in production? Please share what’s working out for you. Thank you all

There might be different reasons why scan engine doesn’t reach the hosts.
For instance for Azure we use an external scan engine which has a public IP address and is able to communicate with both Azure environment and the console. The scanning template Full Audit without Web spider is ok so the template it’s not the cause.
Are you sure you covered everything mentioned here?
DO you use your own public scan engine or the rapid7 aws scan engine to scan the public ips?
