Using the Insight Solutions plugin > threat command > new alert trigger in a workflow and it is not getting new alerts from TC.
Not only that but before this fail, it was getting 17-25 identical alerts which were actually already closed in TC.
Using default settings only in the trigger. Tried setting to only pull Open status alerts, but that did not help either.
Already created a support ticket, but posting here too.
