No error message was specified

Hello, We are trying to collect logs from DC server. We are getting DNS & DHCP logs but getting error on Security logs. So checked config. it is okay.
Getting no error message was specified. So please guys help me.

Hi,

usually the error can be found in the collector log, if you navigate to C:\Program Files\Rapid7\Collector\Logs\

you should find the collector.log in there if you search for error or winlog for example you should find some entries related to the issue.

Typically its related to WMI or DCOM permissions as outlined here Troubleshooting Active Directory | InsightIDR Documentation
