Starting to roll out the macOS agent and I’m seeing an odd error…it fails on “extracting token handler”. Has anyone here come across this and how did you fix it? I suspect it’s probably something simple but not sure what it might be.

I am having the same issue on Ventura 13.6 as well.
Same issue with MacOS Sonoma 14.2.1, has anyone been able to figure out a fix?
Per support you could be using the wrong installation.
“Another reason for the failure would be incorrect install script for the OS. The solution in this case would be to simply download the proper installer and retry the installation. It looks like you had the Intel-based installer so if your Mac is actually ARM-based I would suggest trying that instead.”
