MAC OS scan shows engine offline

I am trying to scan a group of devices running MAC OS. I have checked the site settings and everything looks good.
When I run the scan, the scans Fail stating that scan engine is offline or unavailable.
All other scans with the same engine run fine.
Wondering if there was a special setting to scan MAC OS devices.

That’s definitely not expected behavior, I would opena. support ticket and have them look through the scan log as well as the nsc.log on the engine itself to determine what’s actually happening there.

Apparently our engine was offline due to some networking error.
Things seem to be scanning now.
