I have a question. What is the maximum capacity for storing the logs in the cloud per month and what happens when these capacity has been surpassed?

This depends on the license which has been purchased, if the limit is surpassed nothing happens automatically, data will still be ingested as normal. However if you exceed your monthly allowance on a regular basis we may engage you to address it or true up during the next renewal.
