Currently, all of our users and admins are logging in through an idp. How do I go about creating a local account as a platform admin for troubleshooting purposes?

Create a User in IVM and set IVM as the Authenticator, you will need to have one of these for API use
To create a local platform admin account or otherwise called “Break Glass” account you need to sign in first to the insight platform . Go to the settings and select credential > users. Add a new user who can receive an email within your organization . Check the box “platform admin” and “local” . Then have that user activate the account through email. Thats it!
