Issue with Timers Plugin in Insight Connect - Trigger Status Stuck in Processing and Stops

I am experiencing an issue with the Timers plugin in one of my Insight Connect workflows. The plugin appears to be correctly configured and does not show any errors within the workflow itself. However, when I check the status under Settings > Triggers, the trigger associated with the Timers plugin does not reach the “OK” state.

Here are the specific details of the issue:

  • Environment: Orchestrator running on a Linux machine
  • Workflow Status:
    • When I activate the workflow, the trigger status changes to “Processing.”
    • After some time, the status changes to “Stopped.”
    • The trigger never reaches the “OK” state, which prevents the workflow from functioning as intended.

Steps Taken:

  1. Verified the Timers plugin configuration within the workflow.

I use to use timer triggers and they would do this every so often.
I had to create a separate script monitor executions via the API and if there wasn’t activity in the time there should be I would bounce the workflow. This was very inefficient and I have tried to move away from these whenever possible.
