We don´t have logs from any log source since half an hour…
hello . it seems that we had a similar problem between 28/10 00h and 2h Paris time.
Finally we got this response:

We have identified the source of the issue you reported, and action has been taken to remediate it. Most services should now be back returned to normal operation, However you may still experience a delay with log search alerts during the recovery.

The incident has since been resolved and is currently in monitoring, so things should now be returning to normal on your end.
