We are seeing last scan time for some assets on the cloud platform side not aligning with the last scan time on the Security console side. For example, all assets were last scanned on 5/11/25, but some these assets instead show last scan time with dates of 4/13/25 on the cloud platform side.
I have a support case open, but I’m curious if any other customers experienced this?
Is there a way to force an immediate push from the Security console to the cloud platform?

I haven’t seen that in our consoles.
Have you tried run command “sync cloud” to force updating.
What is your “Insight Platform Download Frequency” configuration? We have configured that to 1 hour
