InsightVM Plugin to add/remove Assets from Asset Group

In ICON, can I add/remove IVM Assets from Asset Groups?
I see almost every option except these, currently I’m doing it via the REST API.

Have you considered a Tag instead of an Asset Group? You can manage assets in Tags in this way (add and remove)

If you really need a Group in the end, then making a new group with the Search Criteria: Asset must be tagged with _____

I thought about that, that would also make manual adds/removes easier as well.

Yeah, I’m currently adding/removing via a script, I was just looking for a native ICON plugin for maintainability.
