InsightConnect ServiceNow Plugin - SREQ vs INCIDENT

Currently it seems you can only create a INCIDENT with the SNOW plugin for InsightConnect, are there any plans to add the creation of a Service Request? (SREQ)

I am not aware of any current plans to add that functionality, but you can use the Feedback link in the top-right of the screen in ICON to request additional functionality to be added to a plugin and it is something our development team can take a look at.

Requests be added as a whole to the plugin but it didn’t get traction.
Currently, I have scripts that pull and update my ServiceNow Requests, not very maintainable.
