Insight IDR Incident Alert - Email


On the out of box alerts they all send with the vague “InsightIDR Incident Alert” subject as an email. Is there any method to adding a variable such as a date stamp?? The yellow / arrow is pointing to the default subject. Thanks in advance!

As far as I’m aware there is nothing currently available to modify the default “Email Notifications” that this email comes from. I’ll check to see if there is anything on the roadmap.

Essentially if you want any sort of custom notifications or to change anything, you need insight connect unfortunately
