Hello, we are wanting to pull reports and stats within insightIDR revolving around investigations and are having a rough time doing it. There’s nothing native I could find within the default reports and dashboards, so I’ve turned to using the API, but it’s still not the most reliable, and I wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas or current solutions.
Information we are trying to gather:
- Time to respond (how long it took to close an investigation)
- Investigation Priority count/trends
- Basically, any other information about the teams response and the type of alerts we get
I plan on bringing it all to PowerBI (if necessary), but we can handle that part on our own.
