No, the Dashboard library is something Rapid7 manages, you cannot publish to the library
However once you create a Dashboard it can be viewed by anyone in your Org

When logged in to the Insight Platform you navigate to the ? symbol in the top right corner and hit Create a Support Case or Idea
From there you can create the case.
As far as timings, that is dependent on availability of the assigned Technical Support Engineer, usually within a day or so of raising the case and of course we are flexible if something is truly urgent.

Hi David, When I tried to create the support case, it says that i dont have SSO configuration. Can you please let me know any other way?
