How do you get the O365 plugin to read a distribution list for new emails?

let’s say that we have one email that icon uses to monitor for new emails to take action on, icon@test.com and want it to also monitor for new emails to distrolist@test.com how would you adivse we do that?

is it azure app permissions issue? mailbox forwarding rule may work?

Hi @hayden_redd you could either build a second workflow or use a forwarding rule. I would likely recommend the forwarding rule.
