How did you do your setup for the Microsoft Teams plugin setup? Create an app in Azure portal and create a service account? Any suggestions?

I mean to say, should we create an Azure app for o365 and then an app for Teams, but still using the same service account for both?

You can, it’s up to you and how your security model is set up. You can have an Azure App for Teams, and an Azure app for O365. Or you can one app that has permissions to both services.

Either way will work.
