Create Ticket

This action allows you to create a new Ticket.
Description, Priority, Status and Subject are the only required fields.

Use Case:
When InsightConnect receives a new incident from IDR or IVM, a new ticket is created for a team to pick up.


The connection configuration accepts the following parameters:

  • domainName
