It is very time consuming to be limited to granting rights on a per-user basis for dashboards. Can we consider adding the ability to share dashboards to all users and by role please?
This would also indirectly help with dashboard sprawl

I manually add many users when creating new dashboard for IT teams and it would be so much simpler if I could add roles or “All Users” instead.

+1 from me too. Even having the users listed in some kind of order would help, but role based would be much better.

I bring this up almost every month in the meeting with our CSM. I also repeatedly share what a horrible user experience it is to not be able to define a team dashboard as the user’s default dashboard.
Sadly, I have been voicing these concerns for at least 3 years with no change in sight…
