Our IDR investigations go into our ticketing system and we face the conundrum of double handling notes and then closing off investigations and tickets in two different places. Adds up as an MSSP! Would be awesome if we had the capability to have comments exposed so that either notes can be added to from our ticketing system, or notes could be sent from IDR to our ticketing system
