I noticed this after downloading the data from the dashboard under specific widget I created before.
And the details for this device appear different from the other devices? The information does not seem displayed in the same format/details as the other devices. As the attached image, may I know is this expected result or how can I solve it for this
Please open a support case, this looks like a bug with the export.
Please include your screenshot as well as the raw CSV file (without first opening or saving it in Excel) - This will ensure that Excel isn’t modifying the file.
