The account I am using is setup with more permissions than I should need.
Not sure where to start digging on this one …
Could you post your inputs for the email search action? (You can obscure emails or other info if need-be) We can double check and see if those look good before diving into permissions or other issues.
We just got it all to work (as in 2 min ago) it was a permissions issue in the MS Security and Compliance needed to be granted the Investigator role to allow search and purge
