Hello i am trying to connect insight connect to slack and I keep getting this error " Error: The specified thread timestamp is invalid.".please what am I missing?
Hi! It sounds like the chatops step configuration may have an incorrect parent timestamp input.
Could you please share more on how the step is setup - are you trying to post a message to a channel, or post within an existing message thread? The parent timestamp input should only be used when posting within a thread, otherwise it can be left empty.
