Hey,
We are seeing a few instances where devices can be seen in Insight Platform under Data Collection → Agents as Online and to the latest version of the agent but not in InsightVM as assessed assets. (It has been enrolled for a while now and scans have been running)
We have confirmed that the agent is running and the jobs as well when checking agent.log of the agent. Would you guys happen to know why this might happen and what to check for?
Also, is there a way to check and change the settings of Agent Scans related to devices enrolled with Insight Agents?
