Good afternoon friends, I have a problem, I am trying to read some logs that I have stored in a folder inside an S3 bucket, doing tests I managed to get the logs to be read by Rapid7 only if they are outside the folder that is in the bucket, but I need that they are read inside the folder, what can it be?
I am creating the event in “Rapid7 custom log” > collection method “Amazon S3”.
I don’t know if the problem is in the prefixes section, but I can’t think of what to put there.
I have the same problem. Prefix works great but reading a subfolder inside an S3 bucket is not an option I suppose.

Did you ever manage to find a solution to this problem?
I suspect we have the same problem where we can connect to the S3 bucket but it’s not able to list the contents of the folder (judging by the limited information in the Collector log files).

Just to confirm, this still seems to be a problem.
IDR still seems to have an issue with folders within the S3 bucket.
