Determining the rate of reoccurance in cloud insightVM query builder

Hi all,

Not sure if someone can help me here, but I am trying to create a query in query builder to find the vulnerabilities that re-occur.

In other words: a vulnerability was remediated, but somehow it came back

Any ideas?
