Just wondering how to handle this scenario:
We decommissioned a Windows 2012 caching DNS server and as such it’s replacement uses the old server’s IP address but different hostname. After installing the r7 agent the new server appears to be refreshing last contact stats in the console using the old server’s name. Can this be changed to reflect the new server ( server 2019 ) and the new host name? I note there doesn’t seem to be an option to edit or re-query the client OS details from the management console for the agent entry.
