Could you add a drop down list for a field in the SNOW incident action?

For example: the assigned to field. Could you add a drop down list of choices so the user can choose someone from a list to assign to.

This also would apply to Parameters (which we use as well and that would be cool)

Unfortunately, no. That’d break how our plugin model currently works. We’d have to call into the integration before actually spinning up the plugin.

However, with cloud plugins and some of the other work on the plugin model, we might be able to do this in the future.

Something like what InsightVM does for the SNOW integration would be nice
